Nov. 17, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (European Qualifiers) : Armenia tied 1-1 with Romania (halftime: 0-1), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday.
The result put the Romanians second in Group 1 with 10 points. Armenia is bottom with one point. In their next game, Romania will meet group leaders the Netherlands on March 26, while Armenia will face Andorra.
