TEHRAN, Feb. 6, 2008 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (Asian Qualifiers) : Iran tied 0-0 with Syria, in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday afternoon.
The result left both teams on top of Group 5 with one point. In their next game, Syria will meet the United Arab Emirates on March 26, while Iran will face Kuwait.
