EDMONTON, Oct. 15, 2008 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (American Qualifiers) : Canada tied 2-2 with Mexico (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Wednesday night.
The result put the Mexicans top of Group 2 with 10 points. Canada is bottom with 2 points. In their last game, Mexico will meet second-placed Honduras on November 19, while Canada will face Jamaica.
