BOGOTá, Nov. 20, 2007 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (South American Qualifiers) : Colombia defeated Argentina by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday night.

The result put the Argentine top of the group with 9 points. Colombia is second with 8 points. In their next game, Argentina will meet Ecuador on June 15, while Colombia will face Peru.
