TEL AVIV, Sep. 6, 2008 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (European Qualifiers) : Israel tied 2-2 with Switzerland (halftime: 0-1), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night.
The result left both teams tied in the third place of Group 2 with one point. In their next game, Switzerland will meet Luxembourg on September 10, while Israel will face Moldova.
