MURCIA, Sep. 6, 2008 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (European Qualifiers) : Spain defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night.

The result put the Spaniard third in Group 5 with 3 points. In their next game, Spain will meet Armenia on September 10, while Bosnia and Herzegovina will face Estonia.
