YEREVAN, Sep. 5, 2009 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (European Qualifiers) : Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated Armenia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night.
The result put the Bosnians second in Group 5 with 15 points. Armenia is bottom with one point. In their next game, Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet third-placed Turkey on September 9, while Armenia will face Belgium.
