BELGRADE, Oct. 10, 2009 (AMP) — South Africa 2010 (European Qualifiers) : Serbia defeated Romania by a big score of 5-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night.
The result put the Serbians top of Group 7 with 22 points. Romania is 5th with 9 points. In their last game, Serbia will meet Lithuania on October 14, while Romania will face the Faroe islands.
