BRASíLIA, Jun. 30, 2014 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 : France qualified to the quarter-finals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup with a 2-0 win against Nigeria (halftime: 0-0) on Monday afternoon at the Mane Garrincha Stadium in Brasília.
45 minutes of play and neither the Frenchs nor the Nigerians have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Pogba ('79) and Yobo ('90 own).
