SEOUL, Mar. 26, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (Asian Qualifiers) : South Korea defeated Qatar by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night.
The result put the Koreans second in Group A with 10 points. Qatar is fourth with 7 points. In their next game, South Korea will meet Lebanon on June 4, while Qatar will face Iran.
