AMMAN, Nov. 11, 2011 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (Asian Qualifiers) : Jordan defeated Singapore by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Friday night.
The result put the Jordanians top of Group A with 12 points. Singapore is bottom with no points. In their next game, Jordan will meet second-placed Iraq on November 15, while Singapore will face China.
