DUBAI, Nov. 11, 2011 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (Asian Qualifiers) : South Korea defeated the United Arab Emirates by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Friday afternoon.
The result put the Koreans top of Group B with 10 points. UAE is bottom with no points. In their next game, South Korea will meet third-placed Lebanon on November 15, while the United Arab Emirates will face Kuwait.
