DUSHANBE, Nov. 11, 2011 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (Asian Qualifiers) : Japan defeated Tajikistan by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Friday afternoon.
The result put the Japanese top of Group C with 10 points. Tajikistan is bottom with no points. In their next game, Japan will meet third-placed North Korea on November 15, while Tajikistan will face Uzbekistan.
