PRAIA, Jun. 9, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (African Qualifiers) : Tunisia defeated Cape Verde by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Saturday afternoon.
The result put the Tunisians top of Group B with 6 points. Cape Verde is third with no points. In their next game, Tunisia will meet second-placed Sierra Leone on March 23, while Cape Verde will face Equatorial Guinea.
