MARRAKESH, Jun. 15, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (African Qualifiers) : Morocco defeated Gambia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night.
The result put the Moroccans second in Group C with 8 points. Gambia is bottom with one point. In their last game, Morocco will meet group leaders Ivory Coast on September 7, while Gambia will face Tanzania.
