HARARE, Jun. 3, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (African Qualifiers) : Guinea defeated Zimbabwe by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the Guineans second in Group G with 3 points. In their next game, Guinea will meet group leaders Egypt on June 10, while Zimbabwe will face Mozambique.
