CONAKRY, Jun. 16, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (African Qualifiers) : Guinea defeated Zimbabwe by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the Guineans second in Group G with 10 points. Zimbabwe is bottom with one point. In their last game, Guinea will meet group leaders Egypt on September 10, while Zimbabwe will face Mozambique.
