KIGALI, Jun. 16, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (African Qualifiers) : Algeria defeated Rwanda by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The result put the Algerians top of Group H with 12 points. Rwanda is bottom with 2 points. In their last game, Algeria will meet second-placed Mali on September 10, while Rwanda will face Benin.
