SEATTLE, Jun. 11, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (American Qualifiers) : The United States defeated Panama by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Fourth Round) on Tuesday night.
The result put the Americans top of the group with 10 points. Panama is 5th with 6 points. In their next game, the United States will meet Honduras on June 18, while Panama will face Costa Rica.
