GUATEMALA CITY, Oct. 11, 2011 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (American Qualifiers) : Guatemala defeated Belize by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night.
The result put the Guatemalans top of Group E with 12 points. Belize is third with 3 points. In their next game, Guatemala will meet second-placed Grenada on November 11, while Belize will face Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
