GUATEMALA CITY, Oct. 12, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (American Qualifiers) : Guatemala defeated Jamaica by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Friday night.
The result put the Guatemalans top of Group A with 10 points. Jamaica is third with 7 points. In their last game, Guatemala will meet group leaders the United States on October 16, while Jamaica will face Antigua and Barbuda.
