SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Sep. 11, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Colombia defeated Chile by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday afternoon.
The result put the Colombians second in the group with 13 points. Chile is fourth with 12 points. In their next game, Colombia will meet Paraguay on October 12, while Chile will face Ecuador.
