LA PAZ, Oct. 16, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Bolivia defeated Uruguay by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday afternoon.
The result put the Uruguayans fourth in the group with 12 points. Bolivia is 7th with 8 points. In their next game, Uruguay will meet Paraguay on March 22, while Bolivia will face Colombia.
