PUERTO LA CRUZ, Oct. 16, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Venezuela tied 1-1 with Ecuador (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday afternoon.
The result put the Ecuadorians second in the group with 17 points. Venezuela is fourth with 12 points. In their next game, Ecuador will meet Paraguay on March 26, while Venezuela will face Argentina.
