SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Mar. 26, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Chile defeated Uruguay by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday night.
The result put the Chilians fourth in the group with 15 points. Uruguay is 6th with 13 points. In their next game, Chile will meet Paraguay on June 7, while Uruguay will face Venezuela.
