PUERTO ORDAZ, Mar. 26, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Venezuela defeated Colombia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday night.
The result put the Colombians third in the group with 19 points. Venezuela is fourth with 15 points. In their next game, Colombia will meet group leaders Argentina on June 7, while Venezuela will face Bolivia.
