ASUNCIóN, Jun. 7, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Chile defeated Paraguay by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Friday night.
The result put the Chilians fourth in the group with 18 points. Paraguay is bottom with 8 points. In their next game, Chile will meet Bolivia on June 11, while Paraguay will face Bolivia.
