BARRANQUILLA, Jun. 11, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Colombia defeated Peru by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday afternoon.
The result put the Colombians second in the group with 23 points. Peru is 6th with 14 points. In their next game, Colombia will meet third-placed Ecuador on September 6, while Peru will face Uruguay.
