ASUNCIóN, Sep. 10, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (South American Qualifiers) : Argentina defeated Paraguay by a score of 5-2 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday night.
The result put the Argentine top of the group with 29 points. Paraguay is bottom with 11 points. In their next game, Argentina will meet Peru on October 11, while Paraguay will face Venezuela.
