TóRSHAVN, Sep. 10, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (European Qualifiers) : Germany defeated the Faroe islands by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night.
The result put the Germans top of Group C with 22 points. The Faroe islands is bottom with no points. In their next game, Germany will meet Ireland on October 11, while the Faroe islands will face Kazakhstan.
