MARIBOR, Oct. 12, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (European Qualifiers) : Slovenia defeated Cyprus by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Friday night.
The result left both teams at the bottom of Group E with 3 points. In their next game, Cyprus will meet third-placed Norway on October 16, while Slovenia will face Albania.
