BELFAST, Sep. 11, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (European Qualifiers) : Northern Ireland tied 1-1 with Luxembourg (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night.
The result put the Luxembourger 5th in Group F with one point. Northern Ireland is bottom with one point. In their next game, Luxembourg will meet third-placed Israel on October 12, while Northern Ireland will face Portugal.
