PIRAEUS, Sep. 11, 2012 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (European Qualifiers) : Greece defeated Lithuania by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night.
The result put the Greek second in Group G with 6 points. Lithuania is fourth with one point. In their next game, Greece will meet group leaders Bosnia and Herzegovina on October 12, while Lithuania will face Liechtenstein.
