PIRAEUS, Oct. 11, 2013 (AMP) — Brazil 2014 (European Qualifiers) : Greece defeated Slovakia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Friday night.
The result put the Greek second in Group G with 22 points. Slovakia is third with 12 points. In their last game, Greece will meet Liechtenstein on October 15, while Slovakia will face Latvia.
