France beats Belgium to reach World Cup final
SAINT PETERSBURG, Jul. 10, 2018 (AMP) — Russia 2018 : France reached the FIFA World Cup final for the third time in their history with a 1-0 win against Belgium (halftime: 0-0) on Tuesday night at the Krestovsky Stadium in Saint Petersburg.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by French defender Samuel Umtiti in the 51st minute.
