BAKAU, Oct. 9, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : Gambia tied 1-1 with Namibia (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a World Cup qualifier tie on Friday afternoon at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
No goals in the first half and one each in the second, Jammeh ('78) for Gambia, Stephanus ('61) for Namibia.
The second leg between Gambia and Namibia will be played on Tuesday October 13, 2015 (kick-off: 16:00) in Windhoek.
