N'DJAMéNA, Oct. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : Chad defeated Sierra Leone by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a World Cup qualifier tie on Saturday afternoon at the Stade Omnisports Idriss Mahamat Ouya in N'Djaména.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Djimrangar in the 47th minute.
The second leg between Chad and Sierra Leone will be played on Tuesday October 13, 2015 (kick-off: 15:00) in Port Harcourt.
