NAIROBI, Nov. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : Kenya defeated Cape Verde by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the first leg of a World Cup qualifier tie on Friday afternoon at the Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi.
All the action happened in the first half, with Olunga goal in the 9th minute.
The second leg between Kenya and Cape Verde will be played on Tuesday November 17, 2015 (kick-off: 18:00) in Praia.
