World Cup 2018 Qualifiers : DR Congo held to a 2-2 draw by Burundi but qualifies for next round
KINSHASA, Nov. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : DR Congo tied 2-2 with Burundi (halftime: 1-1), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday afternoon at the Stade des Martyrs de la Pentecôte in Kinshasa.
One goal for both sides in the first half, Nkololo ('17) for DR Congo, Mbokani ('28 own) for Burundi and one each in the second, Bolasie ('78 on penalty) for DR Congo, Abdul Razak ('89 on penalty) for Burundi.
DR Congo, who won the first leg (3-2), advance to the third round of the ongoing CAF World Cup qualifying campaign. Burundi is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Second Round
