World Cup 2018 Qualifiers : Guinea beats Namibia 2-0 to qualify for next round
CASABLANCA, Nov. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : Guinea defeated Namibia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday night at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca.
Guinea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Id. Sylla in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Guineans further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Keïta in the 79th minute.
Guinea, who won the first leg (1-0), advance to the third round of the ongoing CAF World Cup qualifying campaign. Namibia is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Second Round
