DURBAN, Nov. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : South Africa defeated Angola by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Tuesday night at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Manucho Diniz into his own net in the 66th minute.
South Africa, who won the first leg (3-1), advance to the third round of the ongoing CAF World Cup qualifying campaign. Angola is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Second Round
