RADES, Nov. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : Tunisia defeated Mauritania by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Tuesday night at the Rades Olympic Stadium.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Ben Youssef ('51) and Bguir ('84).
Tunisia, who won the first leg (2-1), advance to the third round of the ongoing CAF World Cup qualifying campaign. Mauritania is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Second Round
