BLIDA, Oct. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (African Qualifiers) : Algeria tied 1-1 with Cameroon (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Sunday night at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker in Blida.
One goal for both sides in the first half, Soudani ('7) for Algeria, Moukandjo ('24) for Cameroon and none in the second.
The result left both teams tied in the second place of Group B with one point. In their next game, Cameroon will meet Zambia at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker on November 12, while Algeria will face Nigeria.
