SANTO DOMINGO, Jun. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (American Qualifiers) : Belize defeated the Dominican Republic by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in the first leg of a World Cup qualifier tie on Thursday afternoon at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo.
The second leg between the Dominican Republic and Belize will be played on Sunday June 14, 2015 (kick-off: 16:00) in Belmopan.
