MONTEVIDEO, Oct. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (South American Qualifiers) : Uruguay defeated Bolivia by a score of 4-2 (halftime: 2-1), in a World Cup qualifying game (Qualifying Tournament) on Tuesday night at the Estadio Centenario in Montevideo.
Luis Suárez scored dual goals
Bolivia opened the score in the score in the 24th minute thanks to Silva own goal, before Uruguay regained the advantage with Cáceres ('39) and Cavani ('42). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Uruguayans further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Suárez '60, '76).
