SYDNEY, Nov. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Qualifiers) : Australia defeated Honduras by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Wednesday night at the Stadium Australia in Sydney.

Honduras made the Australians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with three goals by Australian midfielder Mile Jedinak at '54, '72 (on penalty) and '85 (on penalty).
