TóRSHAVN, Oct. 7, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : The Faroe islands tied 0-0 with Latvia, in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Saturday night at the Torsvollur Stadium in Tórshavn.
The result put the Faroese fourth in Group B with 9 points. Latvia is 5th with 4 points. In their last game, the Faroe islands will meet third-placed Hungary at the Torsvollur Stadium on October 10, while Latvia will face Andorra.
