BUDAPEST, Oct. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Hungary defeated the Faroe islands by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Tuesday night at the Groupama Arena in Budapest.
45 minutes of play and neither the Hungarians nor the Faroeses have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Böde with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
