OSLO, Oct. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Norway defeated Northern Ireland by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Sunday night at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo.
Northern Ireland made the Norvegians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Irish midfielder Chris Brunt into his own net in the 71st minute.
