CHISINAU, Oct. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (European Qualifiers) : Austria defeated Moldova by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Monday night at the Zimbru Stadium in Chisinau.
45 minutes of play and neither the Austrians nor the Moldovans have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Schaub in the 69th minute.
